How does mobile grooming work?
After scheduling your appointment, our fully equipped salon on wheels comes right to your doorstep. The custom van features everything needed to provide a safe, high-quality treatment tailored to your pet. Best of all, your furry friend receives our undivided attention in a calm, cage-free environment from start to finish.
How often should I have my pet groomed professionally?
Great question! We generally recommend anywhere between 1 to 2 months. Depending on your pet's needs, breed, and your grooming preference. We’ll be happy to give you a personalized recommendation.
Can I come inside the van and watch the grooming process?
Due to limited space and strict safety policies, owners must remain outside the vehicle. Rest assured your furry friend is in gentle hands, and you are welcome to wait nearby.
When should I introduce my pet to grooming?
As early as 8 weeks old! Introducing your pet to the spa at a young age helps them build trust and significantly reduces future anxiety. Because a pet's very first groom can shape how they view grooming for the rest of their life, starting early is crucial. Eden's Pet Spa ensures a gentle, wonderful first experience. To prepare for your pets first spa day, gently handle their paws, ears, and face daily. Pair short, two-minute brushing sessions with treats to create a happy, positive connection to grooming.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash!
Is it customary to leave a tip?
Generally, anywhere between a 15% to 25% tip is customary and very appreciated!
Are there any special requirements for using mobile grooming services?
All we ask is a level parking space with clearance for a large cargo van. Other than that, just have your pet ready to be pampered!
What if I am not satisfied?
Within 24 hours of the groom, reach out to us and let us know in detail. We want to hear from you and make things right!
Can you administer any veterinarian care or administer medications?
No. We are not a vet clinic. We will advocate for your pet’s needs and recommend vet care if we notice any indications that your pet might be experiencing pain. We take your pets' health very seriously and want what's best for them.
What if my pet has special needs or health conditions?
All pets deserve to be pampered. Simply inform us at the time of booking so we can make any necessary accommodations. We will handle your pet with care, patience, and love.
